r programmatic ad operations across connected TV (CTV) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, ad tech infrastructure, and data-driven optimization strategies to enhance revenue performance. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations of CTV programmatic video campaigns, including campaign setup, execution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, account management, engineering and product teams, to develop effective programmatic advertising strategies.
Work closely with demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, and data management platforms (DMPs) to drive efficiencies and maximize yield.
Analyze campaign performance data, optimize against key KPIs (e.g., viewability, completion rates, revenue), and provide actionable insights.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, inventory monetization, and third-party integrations.
Stay ahead of industry trends, evolving CTV technologies, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, IAB standards).
Develop and implement best practices for programmatic buying, audience targeting, and inventory management.
Train and mentor junior ad operations team members to ensure ongoing professional development and team success.
Work with finance and revenue teams to forecast and report on ad revenue performance and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master''s preferred but not required).
5+ years of experience in programmatic ad operations, with a strong focus on CTV and video advertising.
Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Magnite, FreeWheel, Xandr, PubMatic, SpotX).
Experience managing CTV inventory and programmatic ad deals (PMP, PG, Open Auction).
Strong understanding of ad-serving technologies, VAST/VPAID, and header bidding for video.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret and act on campaign performance metrics.
Familiarity with privacy laws and compliance frameworks governing digital advertising.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and proactively solve complex operational challenges.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $116,123- $153,863 plus bonus, equity and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, mark demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
