You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by engaging with global automakers, tier-1 suppliers, and tech partners. Our multimedia integration, personalized user experiences, and over-the-air (OTA) , while our advanced audio solutions redefine in-car acoustics with 3D surround sound, noise cancellation, and adaptive audio profiles.
This is a high-impact role in our Connected Car Solutions Division, where you will:
Develop and execute sales strategies for autostage audio and video and audio technologies.
Identify and secure partnerships with OEMs and ecosystem players.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with market demands.

What you will get to do:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting automotive OEMs (e.g.Geely,GreatWall) and Tier 1 suppliers (e.g., Desay, EcarX).
Lead high-value negotiations, leveraging long-standing relationships with procurement, engineering, and executive teams.
Identify new business opportunities by understanding OEM/Tier 1 roadmaps, pain points, and purchasing cycles.
Navigate complex sales processes, including RFQs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
Represent the company at key industry events (e.g., IAA, CES, Automotive News conferences) to strengthen partnerships.
Who we are looking for:
5+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of selling to automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers (components, systems, or services).
Established network with senior stakeholders (e.g., purchasing directors, VPs of engineering, C-suite) at major OEMs or Tier 1s.
Deep understanding of:
OEM/Tier 1 procurement processes and supplier qualification standards.
Industry trends (e.g., electrification, autonomous driving, light weighting).
Competitive landscape (key players, pricing strategies, supply chain dynamics).
Strong negotiation skills with experience in multi-year, high-value contracts.
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field .
Desired Skills
Ability to align product offerings with OEM/Tier 1 strategic goals (cost reduction, innovation, supply chain resilience).
Experience in global account management across NA, Europe, or Asia.
Fluency in English, Mandarin.
