The Sr. Payroll Manager will work closely with HR, Legal and Finance in relations to payroll, benefits and other compensation related matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative and should possess solid interpersonal skills. In addition, the successful candidate should have strong technical payroll knowledge and proficient in all facets of payroll accounting.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the US payroll team.
Manage semi-monthly payroll processing in ADP for 800+ employees for US and Canada, including:
Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all withholdings, garnishments and other benefit deductions such as 401(k)
Ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
Review changes for proper authorization; ensure timely submission of 401(k) funding
Own month-end close, quarter-end and year-end payroll processes and related tax reconciliations.
Assist accounting team with month-end payroll journal entries, reconciliations and flux questions.
Reconcile payroll and payroll tax clearing account monthly.
Work with internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and SOX audits of procedures and controls as needed; work with 401(k) and workers'' comp auditors for annual compliance audit.
Ensures compliance with applicable payroll laws/regulations.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, broker and other third-party providers to communicate materials, compliance and management reports.
Manage relationships with external service providers such as ADP and Fidelity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred or equivalent
ADP experience is required
Minimum five years of experience in payroll preferably for a medium to large employer
Management experience: 2+ years
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
Strong payroll accounting experience and skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Experience using Excel for analyzing data, including knowledge of pivots and common functions
CPP and CEP certification is a plus

Manager, Content Monetization
Job Overview:
The Manager, Content Monetization will be responsible for the successful monetization of content partners across our TiVo+ product portfolio. The position will serve as the monetization team''s main point of contact for content partners, providing a liaison role with Content Operations, Ad Engineering, Finance and Product teams, to ensure completion of all parts of monetization activation and managing of the ongoing revenue performance. The Content Monetization Manager will report to the Director of Publisher Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary monetization business contact for new and existing content partners, managing their onboarding experience, integration, and overall business relationship
Onboarding Process: Oversee the monetization business onboarding process for content partners, including account setup, progress tracking, and platform integration. Ensure that all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including content operations, technical support, and product development, to facilitate smooth integration and address any technical or content related challenges, as well as guide the teams to implement improvements to increase revenue
Monetization Management: Drive successful monetization across all of TiVo+ and serve as the primary monetization contact for all Content Service Providers. Oversee monetization contractual fulfillment, risk mitigation, solution implementations and opportunities across the partnerships.
Training & Support: Work with the TAMs and engineering teams to provide detailed training and support to content partners on our guidelines, advertising requirements, and best practices. Address any questions or issues that arise during the onboarding process.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and track onboarding progress, identity potential issues, and ensure proper facilitation of revenue process
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process, as well as overall content and monetization strategy, and work to implement enhancements that will increase efficiency, partner satisfaction and company success.
Qualifications:
5+ years'' experience in partner management, video advertising, content onboarding, or a similar role.
Bachelor''s degree in advertising, communications, business, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with content partners and inter-department teams
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to problem solve, such as finding solutions for issues not yet attempted
Technical aptitude and familiarity with video advertising and integration processes.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $128,264- $169,950 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
