    Position summary

    est Case development - analyse requirements, define criteria, create tests, develop automated scripts. - Defect Management - report, track and collaborate with other developers for resolution.

    • Identify and automate repetitive operational tasks throughout the software lifecycle.

      • Continuous Improvement - suggest and implement best practises and own ideas.
    • Adhere to core design and testing principles as established by team and organizational leadership.

    • Develop tools and systems to reduce operational costs.

    • Identify bottlenecks in testing and propose effective solutions.

    • Maintain and develop test infrastructure (hardware and software) in the team.

    • Working with embedded devices (TVs and STBs)

    Who we are looking for:

    Must have:

    1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Test Automation and/or Python programming.

    2. Intermediate coding skills in interpreted languages: Python.

    3. Experience with Linux operating systems, especially in embedded environments.

    Nice to have:

    1. Knowledge of JavaScript / HTML.

    2. Continuous Integration/Continue delivery platforms (Jenkins & Groovy).

    3. Virtualization (Docker).

    4. Familiarity with broadcasting and digital television standards.

    5. ISTQB certification or equivalent.

    6. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of software testing and quality assurance principles.
