This person should expect to:
Field incoming leads, qualify, present and close sales of all of our showing solutions
Self-manage and complete outbound call campaigns to targeted prospects
Conduct on-line demos and conversations regarding sophisticated technology
Demonstrate your skills interacting with our customers who are real estate agents, owners of real estate companies, office managers and admin staff
Attend industry events, conduct customer visits, conduct seminars, trade shows, etc.
What does success look like:
First 2 weeks go through training and have an understanding of our Product Suite
Within 30 days be able to hit a RAMP quota and build out an initial pipeline
Within 60 days have a clean pipeline and demonstrate the ability to hit full quota
Within 90 days being about to pitch our full suite of products
Within 1 year you should be at quota, as well as, feel confident in holding Zoom demos with a pitch deck
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $25.90 - $41.50 hourly. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $24.60 - $39.40 hourly. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
Prior software sales experience with demonstrated success and positive references
Comfortable prospecting by phone and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
Hard-working, with a positive demeanor and a sense of humor
An experienced Real Estate or technology sales or similar inside sales experience selling intangible products or services (1+ years)
A professional presenter who articulates and engages via phone, webinar and in person
Qualifications
Completed four-year bachelor's degree is preferred
Be articulate, and demonstrate detailed follow-up
Be very technology savvy with experience in Salesforce.com and Salesloft or equivalent
Have strong attention to detail and critical thinking
Able to self-manage their daily activities to achieve a sales quota each month
Effective working with customers to solve problems
1-year of sales experience closing your own sales
