    Position summary

    What You'll Do

    • Operational Excellence

      • Own the operational framework for People Technology, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
      • Oversee day-to-day operations, manage escalations, and ensure SLA-driven service levels.
      • Partner with the product team to design a structured intake and prioritization process for continuous improvement enhancement tickets, following an agile delivery model.
      • Implement and refine processes, workflows, and SLAs to drive consistency and efficiency.
      • Analyze ticket trends to identify themes, proactively recommend automation opportunities, and reduce recurring pain points.
      • Track KPIs such as ticket volume, resolution time, satisfaction scores, and system usage to drive data-driven improvements.
    • System Optimization

      • Lead Workday reporting optimization and establish governance frameworks for reporting.
      • Drive Workday security automation, including role-based and user-based access provisioning.
      • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline system configuration, reduce ticket volume, and shorten SLAs
    • Hands-On Technical Leadership

      • Serve as a technical advisor for system analysts, providing guidance on configuration challenges.
      • Troubleshoot issues alongside the team and take ownership of complex tickets, triage items, or annual recurring activities as needed.
    • Team Leadership & Development

      • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system analysts

      • Drive career growth, coaching, and performance management to consistently hold high bar for the team

      • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

    In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $134,000.00 - $214,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

    In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

    Who you are

    • 7+ years of experience in HRIS or broader HR technology, with deep Workday expertise.

    • 3-5 years of experience managing inclusive, high-performing teams within HR technology.

    • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring early-career talent and leading cross-functional teams.

    • Strong experience building and scaling operational support models, with expertise in ticketing, audits, reporting, and program cycles.

    • Demonstrated success in streamlining processes, driving automation, and introducing workflow improvements that deliver measurable impact.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across cross functional teams

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
