    You Will Get To

    • Evaluate, design, implement, and integrate recruiting platforms and tools that scale with Zillow's growth, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption through structured change management.

    • Champion change management and adoption by enabling end-users (recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, candidates) with training, communication, and support, ensuring technology delivers measurable impact in a global, remote-first environment.

    • Leverage AI and automation to reimagine candidate experience, recruiter effectiveness, and hiring decisions-turning bold ideas into practical, impactful solutions.

    • Use data to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement improvements that strengthen decision-making, recruiter efficiency, and candidate experience.

    • Build trusted, cross-functional partnerships by aligning priorities and uniting stakeholders across technical teams, recruiting leaders, operations, and other functions.

    • Own vendor relationships across the tech stack, partnering with customer success managers to anticipate product roadmaps and releases, resolve issues proactively, and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that deliver actionable insights.

    • Design recruiting technology solutions that scale across geographies and deliver consistent value worldwide.

    • Establish metrics, track adoption, and share progress with senior leadership while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security.

    This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

    In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $105,900.00 - $169,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

    In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

    Who you are

    • 5+ years of experience as a program manager supporting recruitment technology, HRIS, or similar enterprise platforms.

    • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale systems for end users including recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers while leading complex, cross-functional programs to deliver measurable impact.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data to guide decisions and measure success.

    • Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and system security considerations related to recruitment technology.

    • Ability to travel up to 30% for conferences, Zillow retreats, and workshop sessions domestically and internationally.

    • Experience with Workday or other major HRIS platforms, scaling recruiting technology globally, and familiarity with AI-driven recruiting solutions and emerging HR tech trends is preferred.
