This role has been categorized as a Remote position. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $160,900.00 - $257,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $152,900.00 - $244,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
Who you are
A degree (BS+) in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience building and maintaining data-intensive applications.
Experience developing sophisticated data pipelines scaling to billions of rows with production quality deployment, monitoring and reliability
Extensive experience with modern data technologies such as Spark and Airflow.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Extensive experience with SQL
Proven data modeling experience, translating business requirements into clean and easily evolvable data models.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for collaborating across organizational boundaries.
Nice to have:
Experience working with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with Databricks
Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
