STRATEGY INSIGHTS & PLANNING ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultants (SIPACs) create and deliver solutions for our project teams and clients. SIPACs leverage their analytic, synthesis and communication skills to derive insights and solve business problems. In particular, SIPACs support management of the project plan and collaborate with their project team to apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support clients in change initiatives and employ standard analytic techniques to help guide client decisions. Responsibilities: Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems Assist in structuring and conducting market research and/or desk research to derive insights and contribute to client decision making Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations Assist in developing client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects Actively support management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client – risk and issue mitigation Assist in driving the project forward to ensure project goals and deadlines are met Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities Guide and mentor Associates on teams Qualifications: PhD with bachelor’s degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, and social sciences. In lieu of a PhD, 2-5 years of relevant post-collegiate work experience may substitute. A demonstrated record of academic success is required.
