Learn more ZS’s Digital Products Team: The work we do begins with defining and designing products and services that engage people across the entire healthcare ecosystem. Integral to that end is the Digital Health Products team. The Digital Health Products Team works closely with client leaders and product owners to uncover a product or service that solves user needs, works within the healthcare ecosystem and customers. We work alongside User Experience, Technology, and Regulatory professionals to translate the product vision into a working solution. Digital Health Products is a great career path for technology-oriented Business Analysts, Digital Analysts and Product Owners, and for those interested in improving healthcare through the use of technology. Responsibilities Align with client business goals and help communicate the product’s vision, objectives, success metrics, value proposition, key users, and user scenarios to the product execution team Gather and analyze information needs, functional and non-functionals requirements, dependencies and impacts Work closely with Product Manager to understand & apply relevant methodologies and techniques for product roadmaps, feature prioritization and feedback capture Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprised of user experience, software development, regulatory, and other subject matter experts to define the "how" of a digital solution Work closely with the Product Manager to create and maintain roadmaps with clear Initiatives, Milestones and Epics Contribute to release notes, user guides, presentations and other product artifacts as needed Deliver product artifacts as agreed to by the team, this may include data flow diagrams, business logic matrixes, executable test examples, etc. Define test cases and test scenarios, conduct functional, ad-hoc and exploratory testing Understand and employ Agile, Kanban and Scrum methodologies as appropriate Negotiate and identify product roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines for project team Skills and Experience: Master's Degree in Computer Science, User Experience, Management Studies, Actuarial Science, or in a related field 3+ year(s) of work experience as Product Analyst, Business Analyst or Product Owner Experience in defining software product requirements, functional and non-functional Good knowledge of process/ UX flow and/or journey mapping is an asset Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology Experience working in a client facing, consulting environment Perks & Benefits: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
