Learn more ROLE ZS is looking for an experienced OT expert to serve as an Automation Project Consultant Lead in the ZS Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead industry 4.0 transformation projects and OT implementations for ZS Supply Chain and Manufacturing clients. This includes serving as a subject matter expert on industry 4.0 and OT systems and implementation best practices in client discussions, managing teams and projects, and contributing in Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice development EXPERTISE This role combines OT expertise with experience in the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have: Minimum of 5-7 years on hands on experience in OT systems Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and Lean Six Sigma Technical expertise in leading OT systems and hardware such as PLCs, Historians, SCADA systems, and system configuration to allow seamless integration of data for manufacturing analytics. Understanding of Industry 4.0 to connect shopfloor systems to MES, LIMS, QMS, Maintenance Systems, and ERP systems etc. Preparing and leading CAPEX projects, coordinating across functions and business units to meet delivery objectives Managing site-wide Operational Technology implementations, overseeing requirements gathering, implementation and integration of new Operational Technology systems Change management and onboarding client stakeholders from shop floor to top floor Skills and Certifications Green Belt / Black Belt Certificate Architecture or cybersecurity experience and knowledge preferred Mechanical or Industrial engineering degree preferred Any experience in Data transfer or data contextualization Experience in deploying MES systems Experience with On-Prem and Cloud data storage (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure) Perks & Benefits: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
