Our team possesses deep expertise in leading digital transformation, enterprise data analytic and AI, Data science and advanced analytics and building end to end digital. TECHNOLOGY PRINCIPAL (PARTNER) Role: The Tech Principal will be responsible for growing the capabilities in the Business Technology group by developing and managing existing client relationships and aiding in generating new business engagements. This person will spend roughly 50% of their time aligned to a client and 50% aligned to the Enterprise Data Analytics practice. The successful candidate will work closely with ZS leadership; grow the practice by expanding client and customer relationships and build trusted advisory relationships with client executives. This person should have a deep understanding of the various tech stacks to build an end-to-end data management & analytics platform on public cloud (includes MLops, Self-Serve Reporting etc.), as well as bring the thought leadership on why or why not a stack should be considered based on various parameters such as use case, cost, performance, TCO etc. Responsibilities: Lead prospecting and business development within client's Digital team; Work with multiple ZS Principals in a collaborative manner to grow the business across functional areas (Commercial, Supply chain, R&D); Actively develop trusted advisor relationships with client executives; Lead technology and cross-functional teams to deliver high quality engagements within timeline and budget; Collaborate closely with other ZS team members to drive overall Digital & Technology space growth; Build internal connections with the ZS Business Technology group and represent client's needs; Play an active role in building the space, its talent pool, and growing and mentoring team members. Qualifications: 15+ years in IT consulting, with experience at the Principal/Partner level with Big 4 or major consulting organizations; Prior experience in Life Sciences industry with focus on a specific functional area (e.g., Commercial – MarTech etc.) with strong willingness, curiosity, and ability to learn the pharma domain; Demonstrated experience of developing new prospects, driving revenue, and delivering high quality projects and services within budget; Ability to engage in high-level design conversations of building a data management platform and aware of the latest tech trends (Scaled AI, Data Mesh/Fabric, IA, ChatGPT, Blockchain, etc.); Expertise in IT solutions including Analytics, Master Data Management, BI/DW technologies, digital platforms, data integration, and management and interoperability; Forward thinking and self-starter who thrives on new challenges, imagines solutions, and adapts quickly; Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
