XO Group Inc Maternity Leave Comments
  • "The maternity leave policy was different when I had my first child - less pay for fewer weeks but was updated shortly thereafter to include 6 weeks paid at 100%, 4 weeks paid at 50% and up to 2 weeks that can be taken unpaid for a total of 12 weeks off. Upon returning to work, you can come back at half time hours for the first two weeks to transition back into the workplace. Not many people seem to take advantage of this added benefit." - Anonymous
  • "This has recently changed to 12 weeks full pay" - Anonymous
  • "The maternity leave policy was recently updated (from 10 weeks paid) to 12 weeks paid and 6 weeks of ramp-up. The ramp-up period was great. More than 12 weeks of leave would be even better, but this is a solid step in the right direction for mothers at XO." - Anonymous
  • "For a "life stage" company, and a company that has experiences and apps built around pregnancy and parenting, the maternity leave policy isn't great. You get paid in full for 6 weeks, half pay for weeks 7-10, and then "pay what you work" for weeks 11 and 12." - Anonymous
