What do you do during your day to give yourself one minute of calm?

I'm taking an amazing class from Jackie Ghedine and Mimi Rogers at The Resting Mind, and in this week's class on Work-Life Balance, Jackie made some great suggestions for finding small moments for yourself each day. I wrote them all down and dressed this one up a bit! What are yours?

This was a different kind of beauty contest at a chiropractic convention in Chicago to create awareness about the profession. Dunno about you but I feel folks in the 40s and 50s had better posture (competition or otherwise), were classy and dressed SO well. Imagine having a posture contest now? I feel like I wouldn't make the cut! Hah.
