Yes, it's her fault for not writing the post correctly. She needs to make it CLEAR that sponsorahip is not an option. Ask candidates to use a drop down for their City and State. BOOM all the candidates out of country, gone. HONESTLY , it's not that hard to add some logic to the post and required questions in a way that self eliminates. Recruiters playing the victim card and "it's not meeeeee' are pathetic.
