Bread, Cracked Pepper, and Olive OilI'm behind on the times!!!! Sounds like a great mix! How long do you marinate for? I can see the Tuscany blend for the chicken.....and even in chicken soup..

Ohhhh - Soup sounds amazing. I LOVE soups. I mix some of the seasoning with EVOO and put it and the meat in a ziplock baggie to marinate. I try to defrost the meat the night before I'm using it so it can marinate most of the day but that doesn't always happen, so it normally marinates for a few hours before I cook it. Oh of course bread! LOL!! I'm Greek so bread is big in my family even though I try not to ear a lot of it, it is my downfall.

I attended a cooking webinar where the chef marinated the salmon for about 4 hours with different ingredients....yummy!!!

That sounds like fun. I love learning new things when it comes to cooking. I watch so many cooking shows it's crazy! I put tonight's chicken in EVOO and Rosa Maria. :) Can't wait for dinner now.
