According to McKinsey's 2020 Women in the Workplace Report, working mothers face higher risk of being stigmatized during the current pandemic.
The report found that mothers are TWICE AS LIKELY as fathers to worry their performance will be judged negatively due to caretaking responsibilities. Interested to know if the group experience reflects this (hopefully it does not!), but would like to hear from you.

This breaks my heart. I saw a viral post on LinkedIn a couple days ago by a dad who was talking about the positive feedback he received from bringing his newborn along to Zoom calls. I couldn't help but think of the criticism a mom might receive for trying that!
Now more than in 2019, we need to be more intentional about supporting other moms' careers and goals however we can. We have to stick together right now.
