      The Estée Lauder Companies' Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) were established to foster a culture of inclusion and create a work environment where employees can feel comfortable and empowered to share and exchange ideas. ELC’s Employees Resource Groups not only offer support, networking and community-building, but also expand the possibilities for our employees to engage and collaborate on creative approaches to business opportunities.

      Our ERGs, and their global chapters, are inclusive and open to all employees to join, inspired by the belief that “you don’t have to be to belong."

      Yes, With a culture committed to learning and development, formal and informal mentorship opportunities are available for ELC employees.In 2015, the company established The CEO Global Reverse Mentor Program, which pairs senior leaders with digitally savvy Millennial and Gen Z employees to learn from one another.       As of May 2018, Paid Parental Leave at ELC is 20 weeks with an enhanced flexibility policy for parents returning to work also implemented. The policies apply to all eligible employees, irrespective of gender. We have also added or enhanced benefits around adoption, child and elder care, and infant transition support. These policies, which are among the most comprehensive in the United States, underscore The Estée Lauder Companies’ continued commitment to being one of the nation’s leading global employers.

                  • Estee Lauder offers $10,000 lifetime IVF treatment maximum. They use standard pre-authorization and lifetime medication maximum is limited to sum included in lifetime IVF treatment maximum. Their plan will refuse to cover PGS testing, but will not exclude any clinic.
                  • IVF increased to 20,000 per year effective Jan 1 2018.
                  • Employees at Estée Lauder can now also seek up to $10,000 for adoption fees.
                  • The company will also continue to offer $20,000 toward fertility treatments as well as in-home child care and elder care at a reduced rate.
