Genmab recognizes the need for flexible work schedules for exceptional circumstances. Upon approval, employees may start their day as early as 6:30 AM Eastern Time Zone, work a full eight (8) hours, and end their day no earlier than 3:00 PM.
If you are the birthing parent, you can take up to six weeks off (approximately eight weeks for C-sections) through Genmab’s Short Term Disability Plan. This is to help you recover from childbirth. You may also take up to a maximum of 12 additional weeks for parental leave, for a total of 18 weeks off (or 20 weeks for C-sections)
