While we have a physical office space in NYC, we have employees located across the US and fully support both hybrid and completely remote employees (over half of our team is 100% remote!). Full-time employees who have been with GlossGenius for at least 26 weeks are eligible for up to 8 weeks of bonding leave at 100% salary continuation for each new child, inclusive of all types of new parent scenarios (birth, adoption and foster placement).
Employees who are physically giving birth are eligible for up to 16 weeks of paid leave at 100% salary continuation, split between 8 weeks of short-term medical leave and 8 weeks of bonding leave.

For team members who have been with GlossGenius for 1 year or more, we are also supporting you with a $15,000 stipend to use towards eligible family-forming expenses and services like fertility preservation, fertility treatments, gestational carrier services and adoption.
