All full time employees working an average of 30 or more hours per week and part time employees working an average of 20 or more hours per week will be eligible to enroll in benefits. Part time employees working an average of less than 20 hours per week, driver partners, temporary employees, interns, co-ops, and any other contractors are ineligible for benefits. Benefits will become effective on the first of the month following the date of hire. For employees residing in California, benefits will become effective upon the date of hire. Employees have 30 days from their date of hire to make their benefit elections.
Gopuff will pay 100% of your regular wages for 12 weeks for non-birth and intended parents and between 18 and 20 weeks for birth parents who are welcoming a new addition to their family whether through birth, adoption, foster care placement, or surrogacy.
