HBG offices are open under a hybrid work model. The goal of our hybrid working model is to combine the best aspects of working in our offices and working from our homes and elsewhere, and to provide the best support to our staff, our business, our customers, and our authors. Under the Hachette Hybrid work model, all staff members are required to work from the office two days per week (with the exception of those whose roles require full time on-site presence, such as our Facilities and Warehouse colleagues). These in-office days will be fixed, which will help coordinate interactions with the people we work with most often.
