Student Debt Matching
Howard Hughes will match up to $2K annually of student loan payments with a lifetime maximum of $10K.

Howard Hughes’ Employee Growth Program offers financial assistance for educational opportunities allowing you to grow your career, deepen your expertise and enhance your performance. We give employees $9K a year as part of our growth and career funds.
Wellness Reimbursement
Howard Hughes prioritizes the holistic wellness of our employees. To offer flexible financial support so that all employees can participate, we will reimburse many wellness-related expenses. We give employees $250 quarterly to pay for wellness expenses.

Employees are eligible for 401K matching: 100% of the first 4%; 50% of the next 2% in eligible deferred compensation.
