Student Debt Matching
We match up to $2K annually of student loan payments with a lifetime maximum of $10K.
Employee Growth Funds
Our Employee Growth Program offers financial assistance for educational opportunities allowing you to grow your career, deepen your knowledge and enhance your performance. We offer employees $9K a year as part of our growth and career funds.
Wellness Reimbursement
We prioritize the holistic wellness of our employees. To offer flexible financial support so that all employees can participate, we reimburse up to $250 quarterly to pay for some wellness-related expenses.

Employees are eligible for 401K matching: 100% of the first 4%; 50% of the next 2% in eligible deferred compensation.

We offer Flex Time to eligible employees. Other benefits include 4 hours of voting PTO and 24 hours of volunteering PTO.
