HHC launched a Diversity and Inclusion Council ran by employees to nurture and promote employee-driven programs and initiatives.
Student Debt Matching
We love education, and we know it has its price. We want our employees to focus on and plan for their future, not be bogged down with student debt. With Student debt matching, HHC will match up to 2k annually of student loan payments with a lifetime maximum of $10k.

Employees are eligible for 401k matching: 100% of the first 4%; 50% of the next 2% in eligible compensation deferred.
