Freedom with Responsibility implies that employees should have the freedom to determine how they get their work done and share the responsibility of meeting their goals. Intradiem employees are not expected to work continuously across time zones and are encouraged to create boundaries to avoid burnout.

We have an extensive internship program that runs every summer. Many of our interns continue with us part-time while also attending their universities. Most of our positions are full-time outside of our interns.

At Intradiem we aim to create inclusive and flexible workplaces that support and enable all parents to take an active role in caring for their family and giving their children the best start in life. Families come in all shapes and sizes, which is why our policies are designed to support all parents. This includes same-sex couples, adoptive and foster parents, kinship, and surrogacy arrangements. All full-time, active employees have access to up to 12 weeks of paid leave at their full rate of pay. 401(k) contributions and any deductions related to medical, dental, vision, and other benefits in which you are enrolled will be taken from paid parental leave. Employees on paid parental leave can retain their regular company equipment while on leave.
