- Employees start with 10 days vacation in the US + 3 floating holidays since we only have 7 “official” holidays for the year. Every year for the first 5 years an extra day is added until 5 years when you get 15 days, at 10 years you’ll have 20 days and at 25 years you’ll have 25 vacation days.
