[email protected] Medallia is dedicated to empowering and developing one another through education (and laughter!), with a focus on gender equality. Our goals include celebrating one another, fostering relationships across Medallia, creating a place of listening, support, and empowerment, and welcoming others from diverse communities (including outside of Medallia) to form connections and drive collaboration.
WIT’s (Women In Tech) mission is to support and connect women in tech at Medallia to each other and with the broader community. They support recruiting, and they engage with youth and share knowledge through events, conferences and volunteering. They also empower our members by providing grant opportunities to explore further.
We currently have 9 ERGs two of which are dedicated to women - [email protected] Medallia and WIT (Women In Tech). All of our ERG communities have networking and community focused programming and events quarterly.
Medallia also includes free Maven membership: Maven is the world’s largest global network for women’s and family medicine -- and it’s free for employees & partners to use!
We are dedicated to driving education, engaging in dialogue and furthering individual DEI developiment. We currently are partnering with ReadySet and Paradigm to foster and facilitate, workshops, webinars and on demand content.
Medallia has developed a 6-month program called MVP (Medallia Valuing People, Progress and Potential) which is a global program focused on the development of key skills and competencies dependent upon the Medallian’s specfic interest.
Medallia’s recruiting team is very committed to diversity. We measure collective & individual pipelines for diversity monthly to ensure fairness at every step in the recruiting process as well as regularly provide enablement to our team on diversity recruiting.
in 2021, Medallia is offering a number of development opportunities to its leaders. We will provide live structure training focused on feedback, coaching 1:1, and delegation. We are also partnering with D&I consultants to offer training to leaders as well.
We understand that no single program can address the variety of challenges that may arise for our employees as they manage work, family and personal commitments. Paid Parental Leave is covered at 100% for 6 weeks.
