Recognized Indigenous Peoples’ Day on Oct 12, 2020
Observed Juneteenth: Starting 2020, we will observe Juneteenth (June 19) as an official company holiday in the United States.
Pride Month: Starting 2020, we will recognize June as Pride month internationally to celebrate the freedom for LGBTQIA+ individuals to be themselves. Hosted event with guest speakers on June 25 to discuss LGBTQIA+ diversity in the tech industry.
Black History Month: Every February we will host an event for Netskopers to recognize important people and events in the history of the African diaspora. We have time to plan this and will share details as we get closer.
Netskope offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks. Payments made under the Paid Parental Leave benefit will run concurrently with a protected Leave of Absence for which the employees qualify, if applicable, including both Pregnancy Disability Leave (following the birth) or CFRA/FMLA (for bonding).
