Employees who welcome a new child (whether by birth or adoption) that have been employed for 12 months and worked at least 1250 hours in the last year are eligible for up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave at 100% of their base salary.
in addition to our parental leave, if the birth parent qualifies for short-term disability (STD), they are eligible for 6-8 weeks (dependent on type of birth) of STD pay at 66.6667% of biweekly base pay. After STD is exhausted, the birth parent is to use the parental leave benefits.
The company medical plan provides benefits for covered maternity services. Preventive pre-natal care is completely covered. Birth and delivery fees are subject to deductible and co-insurance.
