"There are lots of opportunities to move around the organization and learn a lot. It's a fast paced environment that requires hustle. It's difficult in some areas to break through to director but there are several women directors. There are a few women VPs and I think there should be more. If you are not on that type of upward career path, there are many opportunities for development, leadership, and global travel. "
