"This is still a male dominated company. I think there are specific groups that genuinely see a need for revamping our structure but this is not a universal belief. The other thing worth mentioning is that flexibility with your schedule is not found in all groups -- your work-life balance is totally dependent on your individual manager and most do not support flexible hours. I'll also restate that the work environment is not up to par with other organizations of this size. Office spaces are dark and outdated -- ON Semiconductor truly loves its cubicles. "
