New Hire Eligibility
You are eligible for holiday pay immediately upon hire.
Flexible Vacation: All regular and qualifying part-time employees are eligible for flexible paid vacation time.
birth mothers are eligible for Short Term disability (6 weeks or 8 weeks for c-section) in addition to the 6 weeks Parental Leave that Publicis Sapient offers, for the equivalent of 12 weeks (14 weeks for c-section) of 100% base pay while on leave.
Lifetime unlimited coverage after nominal maximum reached for infertility diagnosis and treatment. Coverage for artificial reproduction technology (ART) which includes artificial insemination, IVF, ZIFT and GIFT. Benefits also provided for medical expenses of an oocyte or sperm donor for procedures used to retrieve oocytes or sperm and the subsequent procedure to transfer the oocytes or sperm to you. Associated donor medical expenses are also covered, including, but not limited to, physical examinations, laboratory screenings, psychological screenings and prescription drugs.
Through its New Parent Transition Program, Publicis Sapient is committed to helping to ease the challenges many new parents face by offering a flexible return-to-work transition period during the first month back on the job. New birth or adoptive parents returning from parental leave may request to work a reduced schedule for a period of up to one month (the "Transition Period") immediately following their leave. During the Transition Period, the employee gradually increases the number of hours he or she works until reaching a normal work schedule.
Bright Horizons Back Up Care Program: The Company provides employees with a comprehensive resource for urgent and ongoing family care needs to help mitigate the challenges of balancing work and family obligations. Services are provided by Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a leading nationwide provider of high quality care and family support resources. The program has two main categories of family care offerings:oBack-Up Care Program (for back-up child and adult/eldercare)oAdditional Family Support via CareDirect™ (for ongoing family care needs)
Small Necessities Family Leave: total of 24 hours of unpaid leave during a 12-month period. Employees living in California are entitled to 40 hours to participate in children activities.
