SoFi proudly sponsors seven Employee Resource Groups, known internally as SoFi Circles, including two that support women and parents:
- Women @ SoFi: A forum for women at SoFi and allies to come together to build relationships, spark meaningful discussions, make real impact, and support one another personally and professionally.
- Parents @ SoFi: a support channel for parents of all genders who work at SoFi.

at SoFi, we believe that our people and the community we are building together is a critical part in making sure we create a culture where people love to work. One way we do that is through the New Hire Networking Program, a program designed for new hires to connect with current employees to reduce ramp up time, answer any new hire questions, and most importantly, increase connectivity. Current employees who participate in the program are culture carriers who believe strongly in our mission and who are excited to share SoFi knowledge and resources with new hires. Networking Partners commit a 30 minute virtual chat with a new hire about twice per quarter, and can set up recurring meetings if they hit it off. While we work remotely, it has become increasingly important to network and help others grow, which we aim to do through the New Hire Networking Program.
the Grow Mentorship Program seeks to inspire, empower, and elevate our most underrepresented communities within SoFi by fostering professional relationships. Our goal is that future leaders receive real-time, active coaching, key business knowledge, and advocacy in support of their professional journey. This program aims to accelerate the path for allies to take action, drive equality, and provide professional sponsorship for mentees.
