      • 1 to 5 years is 2 weeks, 5 to 15 is 3 weeks. Lower than the industry standard. Negotiate when you come in, but know that you will only get additional weeks on established company timeline.
      • New policy extends additional days per years of service, but the base is still well below modern standards.
      • New policy in 2022 starts at 10 days, adds a day/year for each of the first ten years, then one day per two years from 10 - 30. Full third week off by 5 years still, but accelerates the fourth full week by 10 years versus previous 15 years.

            • It is lower than the past. First 2 % is matched 100%, the next 2% is matched at 50% and if an HCE forget it you max out at being allowed to contribute 6% to your 401K. No safe harbor program in place
            • Just added for 2022 they will match the first 6% at 100%. They did take away the Sonoco Retirement Contribution which I believe was around 4% - this did not require 401K participation to receive the SRC.

            • About average. Use of Mail order prescriptions required for routine medicine. 70% or 80% is you two options. Flex spend account. They do have a health care facility on site at Corporate Headquarters that can handle a lot of things that will bypass your copays or reduce your costs.
