- They are strict about being in the office 3 days a week. It's a hybrid work model. I was hired during the pandemic so I never saw what this was like before Covid. I'm hearing it's stricter. Be careful with any offer that includes "remote". I was hired as a remote employee bc it didn't make sense for me to relocate. I was later pressured to come into the office 3 days a week or get fired. I found another job I'm not the only one this happened to. They also allow unvaccinated workers to work onsite.
