- 6 weeks paid STD for C-section, 4 weeks for vaginal birth (technically STD is 6-8 weeks but the first 2 weeks have to be covered by your own accrued vacation/sick time PTO, therefore only 4-6 weeks is a separate paid benefit). Also please note there is a salary max/cap of what will be paid out while you're on STD.
