Parenting Leave —offering up to six weeks of paid leave following the birth or adoption of a child.
Phase Back to Work — allows team members to work for 20 hours and be paid for 40 hours during their first week back from an approved leave of absence due to a birth or adoption of a child.
Family Care Leave — offering up to four weeks of paid leave for the care of a certain family member who has a serious health condition or a service member with a serious injury or illness; or needing time with a family member called up for or on active duty in the Armed Forces.
