Ball is a great place to work. That said, leadership is male-dominated and not diverse, as few women are selected for higher positions than manager level. Maternity leave is paid 60%-100% of base salary (i.e., no bonus) for 6 weeks (or 8 weeks for C-section), depending on how long a woman has worked at Ball. New employees (<1 year), only get 1 week paid.
great employer, gives a lot, but expects a lot. High caliber of co-workers. Work-life balance is possible but it requires effort to maintain boundaries.
You must have patience and understand this is a slow moving organization with regards to updating policies.
