"It is very rooted in exclusivity. If you weren't in the trenches of the old days, then there's no room for you now. It created unnecessary tensions and an inability to move forward with Scaling products."

"Not one woman in a manager role in ABQ. Most women working in engineering in abq end up leaving. It’s pathetic. I was warned before taking a job here and wish I listened"
