Maternity leave is not great here. There are good examples of women leadership that have worked very hard and seem to have to put up with tougher measurements to achieve promotion. Other women leadership, similar to the male leadership, is not necessarily working hard but working a political landscape to achieve promotion. Perhaps that's just the corporate world.
