The company is solid and there are opportunities. If you work for corporate you will have more flexibility in terms of scheduling vs. if you work at the manufacturing sites. The company approved paid maternity leave in 2017.

Global Supply Chain Manager II

I've worked here 6 months and felt the culture is very family oriented. I am the only person on my team of 8 without children which helps drive a work/life balance. The majority is men especially higher in the ranks which makes it challenging as a woman but I do see effort being put in to promote and encourage women.
