"Working at GAO Tek as a woman offers a good opportunity to build skills in a supportive, remote environment. The team is diverse, and everyone is treated equally regardless of gender. However, because it is an unpaid internship and lacks structured mentorship, it’s best suited for those who are self-motivated and looking to gain experience rather than financial benefits. It’s a safe, inclusive space to grow professionally if you’re starting out in HR or tech-related fields."

"Lots of flexibility for parents of small children. Also a great place to learn new skills with many types of jobs available. I am retiring soon after over 20 years there and am so glad I had the chance to work for this wonderful company and their employees. I learned a lot, had great experiences along with many opportunities to meet new colleagues and make new friends. I will miss them all along with the experiences."

"There are a lot of great opportunities for women in many areas of the company. They really care about the employees and are working to make things better all the time. I've been there 20 years and it gets better all the time. I've had many opportunities in a lot of areas over the years. I know I will miss it and many of the friends I've made there."
