#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique. We bring our talents to work as a team each day, helping power an inclusive future for all. Here's how we do it.
At Cisco, we embody transformation and help our customers excel in their digital worlds. Some may think we're "old" (36+ years strong!) and only about hardware, but we're also a software company, a security company, a blockchain company, and an AI/Machine Learning company. We even invented an intuitive network that adapts, predicts, learns, and protects. Our innovation never stops!
Cisco’s Executive Leadership Team is 42% women, and we are proud to be a leader in advancing fair pay for everyone as one of the 28 founding signers of the White House Equal Pay Pledge. With the goal of supporting and advancing women’s careers, we lead mentorship programs such as DARE, a program that aims to develop world-class, next-generation women leaders who are authentic to themselves and armed with the skills needed to excel in their current roles at Cisco; JUMP, a global, nominations-based, and multi-phased women's leadership program designed to equip women who are already proven leaders at Cisco with the skills needed to have greater impact and influence within their organizations; and Cisco’s High School STEM Job Shadow Program, designed to promote Cisco's STEM initiative in communities with limited exposure.
As one of the leading forces in connecting the world, we understand our unique opportunity to bring communities together and create meaningful change for everyone, everywhere. That's why connecting starts within Cisco. Over 30,000 Cisconians participate in our Employee Resource Groups, called Inclusive Communities, where we network, learn to be informed allies, and help make a difference. A few of our Inclusive Communities: Women of Cisco, Women in Cyber Security, Women’s Inventor Network, and Women in Science and Engineering.
We value the perspectives and skillsets that arise from employees with diverse backgrounds. That's why Cisco is expanding the boundaries of discovering top talent by not only focusing on candidates with college degrees and experience but instead placing more emphasis on unlocking potential.
Cisco didn't just build the Internet. We keep building it. And while our technology helps connect the unconnected, that's not where our edge comes from. It comes from our people—unique, innovative, and diverse. Be you, with us!
#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference.
Yes, we are the worldwide leader in IT, and our technology changes the way the world works, lives, plays and learns, but our edge comes from our people.
Colorful hair? Don’t care. Tattoos? Show off your ink. Like polka dots? That’s cool. Pop culture geek? Many of us are. Be you, with us!
Gender diversity starts at the top. Currently, Cisco’s Executive Leadership Team is approaching 50% women. They’re not just women, they’re women from all kinds of backgrounds and cultures. Even better, Cisco’s CEO Chuck Robbins chooses his executive leadership from the best – not the best women, just the best talent.
Please review our gender diversity statistics and initiatives in our annual Corporate Social Responsibility report. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/csr/csr-report.html
