"Cisco is a male dominated workforce, but there are equal opportunities for women and men. "
"I absolutely love working for Cisco. There is an abundant amount of resources for women and Cisco is incredibly conscious of diversity and inclusion in the work place. They are very flexible when it comes to MAT leave, child care, and all benefits that go along with family and planning. Cisco also has many employee resources groups, including Women of Cisco and Women in Tech which offers a wonderful community of driven and successful women. "
"Cisco is truly an amazing place for women to work. I have been at the company for 15+ years and it never ceases to amaze me how the company is always supporting women. Especially now being a mother. Before children, I did not know how important the option to work remotely and a flexible schedule was. Not only does Cisco sell the technology to support working remotely they also advocate for working moms to utilize the technology if it helps them get their work done. Because at the end of the day, that is what really matters. Getting the job done. I cannot express how grateful I am to be part of such a fantastic company!"
"The caliber of female leadership is unparalleled. Everyone has the opportunity for high quality mentorship, sponsorship, and networking opportunities (at any career level), let alone the ongoing support and resources shared in the internal Employee Resource Organizations. Women of Impact in March is one of the most phenomenal celebrations I've ever participated in. I'm thrilled that our Conscious Culture embraced more and more diversity, accessibility, and the LQBTQ+ community in terms of corporate inclusion. I can't imagine working elsewhere at this point."
