      "My experience at Cisco has been very rewarding so far. I feel supported by my manager and team and propelled to explore projects that interest me and to mold my role. It's a very flexible work environment and the work-life balance is amazing. There is definitely room for improvement in representation of women, especially within more technical areas. However, within my sphere, I have met many women in leadership roles. The Executive Leadership team--comprised of almost half women--seems to be quite transparent and to care about propelling inclusion, diversity, and supporting worthy causes. I'm very happy here so far. "

      "Many strong female leaders. You’d be wise to focus on cultivating a wide network within the company to ensure sponsorship since there has been quite a bit of movement in my experience."
