Working here is generally good for women, but the company needs to do a better job of hiring women in leadership positions. The company also needs to do a better job of hiring underrepresented minorities.
We need a maternity policy in order to attract the right kind of talent. Until we have one, it's hard to promote working here to a woman who is thinking of starting (or already has) a family.
