If you work for a corporate location or a well established franchisee, it can be a great place to work. If you have a franchisee that does not respect corporate or their policies, it is hard to have a happy work environment. The company allows you to have set hours but business needs can impact the exact timing you leave. In emergency situations, pay will be greatly effected because you are losing guests/services and the pay that comes with those.

Underpaid, no benefits, no maternity leave, you will be waxing vaginas and anuses, see feces, and bodily fluids, all for minimum wage.
