I've been at the company for 7 years, and while several mid management roles are filled by women, but most upper management roles belong to men. Any advancement opportunities are difficult to come by and not entirely merit based.
Overall it's a great company to work for. In certain areas there is a lack of women in leadership. But in other areas it's pretty good. Still working out the bumps from the merger, but overall on the right track.
If you feel entitled, this is not the place to work. If you really want to help people, work here. Advancement is not based on seniority, but on output. You can advance yourself if you try.
