      • Including fertility benefits through Grainger’s medical carriers with lifetime benefits of $25K for medical and $15K for prescription drugs.
      • Providing adoption assistance of $6K per adoption.
      • Offering Foster Parents eligibility for 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave.
      • Supplying free period products in all women and all-gender restrooms across US facilities.
