In general, women treated fairly
There is an uphill battle for women to get into leadership. If you are able to get into leadership, then you are surrounded by men. Only the strongest women will survive when they are the only woman in a room with little to no women joining them on the leadership team. Honeywell must do a better job at balancing men and women in leadership.
