If you are sexually harassed by someone who is low on the totem pole, they will deal with it and fire the person and all that. However, if you're harassed by someone who is at a high level of the company they will simply transfer you to a different department and not do anything.
Depending on your position, flexibility is there. Would like to see more women in upper mgt positions
