Innovation happens in an environment where diversity, inclusion, and belonging are celebrated—and that’s Intuit. We believe in a workforce that is as diverse as the communities we serve, and we’re proud to be ahead of the tech industry in the gender diversity of our employees. 32% of our executives are women, and our CEO Sasan Goodarzi has been recognized as one of the Top CEOs for Women and Minorities.
Our Tech Women @ Intuit initiative supports women technologists through programs like Intuit Again, our return-to-work program for women technologists, along with providing valuable opportunities for skill and relationship-building.
To support the health and well-being of our employees, we offer best-in-class benefits, like 12 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid leave to care for ailing family members, child care benefits, and flexible work hours, just to name a few. Our Well-being for Life Program also reimburses up to $1,000 for expenses related to your physical, emotional and financial well-being.
